Estimated delivery times

We ship across Canada using trusted national carriers, and our logistics team selects the fastest option for your region. We currently ship within Canada only.

• BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, 2–4 business days
• Ontario, Québec, 2–4 business days
• Maritimes, 2–4 business days
• Yukon, NWT & Nunavut, 2–4 business days (remote regions may take longer)

Order processing & payment

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays).

Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to sales [at] helixxlabs [dot] com. Your order ships as soon as it’s received.

Delivery issues & address accuracy

• Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We can’t be responsible for delays or lost packages caused by data-entry errors.
• Carrier delays or damage: Once your package is with the carrier, any delays, misroutes or damage should be reported to them directly.
• Lost or damaged in transit: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order, or it arrives damaged, email us within 7 days and we’ll help, including filing a carrier claim where possible.
