SARMs 101
What are SARMs?

How do I maximize results?

Can I use PayPal?
Not at this time. We are working on additional options but they are not ready yet.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order. Standard shipping fees apply.
Where can I find my order payment instructions?
As soon as you place your order, you receive Interac e-Transfer payment instructions by email. Please read them carefully and do not include product names, your order number, or anything sensitive in the e-Transfer message.
What is your turnaround time?
Orders ship within 24 hours of payment clearing (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
How can I see the status of my order?
Log in to your account and open the Orders & Tracking section, or use the tracking number from your confirmation email on the carrier’s website.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship within Canada only, to verified residential addresses. Orders with an address outside Canada will be cancelled.
Will you ship to the USA?
No. We ship within Canada only.
How do you ship and how long does it take?
Orders ship with trusted national carriers (such as Purolator Express). Most orders arrive within a few business days across Canada.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship domestically within Canada, so there are never any customs involved.
How much do you charge for shipping?
A flat shipping rate applies at checkout, and larger orders qualify for free shipping. The exact threshold is shown in your cart.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No. We can only ship to residential addresses with express shipping.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within 1 to 2 business days.
My tracking number is not showing online yet.
Tracking can take a little while to appear and sometimes only updates the following day. Please be patient, it will start to work.
I have not received my tracking.
We send tracking each day after drop-off. If you do not have it within 2 business days, check your spam or junk folder first, then reply to your order confirmation email for an update. We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
What if the carrier loses my package?
If tracking shows delivered, we consider it delivered. For genuine carrier issues we offer a 50/50 reship policy.
Is a signature required on delivery?
A signature is available as part of our guaranteed delivery program. If you choose No Signature, responsibility for the package falls to you.
I entered the wrong mailing address. What now?
If the address is wrong or incomplete we cannot retrieve the package. Please double-check your address before ordering, as we are not responsible for data-entry errors.
Is there a risk of seizure?
Mail shipped within Canada does not go through customs, so domestic mail cannot be seized. By federal law, domestic mail can only be opened by the recipient.

Yes. Our support team is happy to help. Please note that we are enthusiasts, not doctors; our information is for research purposes only and should not replace medical advice. If you experience elevated heart rate or blood pressure, stop use and see a doctor immediately.
What if I need to return an item?
Because of our quality-control measures we cannot accept returns. Please email us and we will do what we can to help with your situation.
