If Purolator says “delivered” we consider it to be delivered. We do offer a 50/50 re-ship policy, as this is a Purolator issue and not ours

Our primary shipping partner, Purolator, is unable to deliver to PO Boxes and requires a residential or business address. However, we’re happy to accommodate PO Box deliveries through Canada Post to ensure your order arrives safely and without delay.
