We partner with multiple trusted carriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery across Canada. Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via ICS Courier, Purolator Express, or Canada Post XpressPost. Our team selects the optimal shipping method to guarantee quick delivery.


Transit Times: Typically, 2–4 business days once shipped. Remote locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping Fees: Flat rate of $14.99 for shipping.
Packaging: Insulated packaging and protective padding to keep product intact during transit.
Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

• BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 2–4 business days
• Ontario, Québec: 2–4 business days
• Maritimes: 2–4 business days
• Nunavut, Yukon Territory, and Northwest Territories: 2–4 business days (remote regions may experience additional transit time)

Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to customer data-entry errors.
Carrier Delays or Damage: Once your package is with Shipping Company, any delays, misroutes, or damage caused by them should be reported directly to Courier.
Lost or Damaged in Transit: If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your product, or if it arrives damaged, please email within 7 days. We’ll do our best to assist and, when possible, help you file a claim with Courier
